The main problem discussed in this article concerns the misuse and infringement of copyright. This research attempts to find ways and means to prevent the abuse of copyright, a.o. by providing better information to the public concerning the meaning of copyrights and what kinds of benefits Act Number 19 of 2002 on The Protection of Copyright is providing the author, as well as the public.
